I got serious about photography when I started traveling on my own. I've always loved being outside with my camera. It gives me a purpose when I go into the wild. My photography is about capturing a split-second, a silent and personal moment and making it visible for you, the audience.

I find nature to be at its most beautiful when it has been untouched by humans. It gets more and more difficult to find those places and it is my job as a nature photographer to find them and immortalize them. To portrait these fragile environments, to open people's eyes and make them care as much as I do.

I always dreamed of moving to Sweden. In 2017, after I completed my Bachelor's degree in Geoscience in Germany, I took the plunge and made it happen. So far I love it and I'm looking forward to the small and big adventures that are ahead of me.
